14.01.2022 Here we have completed an extensive repair job of several areas of this property. New steel and concrete retaining wall at the front of the property and car park area with channel drain to redirect water away from the entrance. We have replaced broken and rotted treated pine retaining walls and garden beds.... We removed Tuscan screening from a paved area out the back and used it to build up another paved area. We laid small 200mm pavers in between existing larger 400mm pavers to create a more useful 2nd outdoor area below the rear deck And we raised and re laid the dark grey pavers to create better access for bin storage behind the shed. 13.01.2022 We have made vast improvements here to a once very dangerous retaining wall and stairs. Replaced with heavy duty steel & concrete sleepers as well as a Cypress hand rail attached to the retaining wall with heavy duty galvanised cleats.
