Franchise operators have spent copious amounts of money designing and using this aspect of their business to improve visual sales and attract customers. I suggest you do a little research by taking a looms meter and your electrician to several franchise food providers; measure the lighting then design your own based on this knowledge for your sales area. 07.01.2022 Increase sales at little cost by sticking 2 balloons on shop front. Then have 2 balloons always on shop floor. Kids will take them you replace them. The kids will be back with mothers. Kids decide where Mum shops.

04.01.2022 Early start times will result in high staff turnover. I suggest 5 AM as this will allow production staff a more normal lifestyle, both social and family. This staff time will require having excellent preparation on the previous day, so as production can start immediately bakers arrive on the premises.
