When 24 hours notice is given we can generally fill your spot with our cancellation list members (if you want to be a part of this list you can find it on Facebook, Foxx Beauty Cancelation List) . To change or cancel an appointment its super easy. Simply click the email you receive from our @timely... software, click on the box to change or cancel appointment. If you choose to reschedule your appointment it will give you all of our available future appointments. . Please be aware we have a very strict no show policy. If you no show us 2 times or more with no notice or reason, to re book you will be required to pay the total amount to secure an appointment. This is something we definitely dont want to do but we want to keep it fair for all clients who are wanting to book. .
