20.01.2022 EVERY DAY GRATITUDE I’ve been alway practicing gratitude - always gives me this good heart feeling and keep smile on my face. Since I started carrying my dreamed boy every day is a miracle. So much grateful for: being healthy every day... being able to workout being able to work full time 2 jobs being able to grow healthy baby in my body (what a miracle!) having the best every day support I could dream of - @ryan.nellestyn having around so many amazing friends and family THANK YOU from bottom of my Happy Friday everyone! 15.01.2022 As much as I love being coached and compete, that much I love coaching people to compete. Every body, every competitor is different, not even speaking here about different divisions, but how body responds in diet, training, how quick end how effectively they learn posing, and list is going and going.. So learning from competitors is definitely amazing experience, they all were next level amazing and thank you guys for trusting me I love learning from both experiences as a... competitor and as a coach. Both are totally different, but at the same time both help each other. Learning from my coaches @philosophyfitnessau - my first coach in Sydney and my current @ryan.nellestyn & @pbpt_ is helping me to be better as a coach and athlete. 11.01.2022 Team work makes dream work I love being a coach - in fitness, health, life. But at the same time I need the same eye for myself, and not only competition wise. Preparing for competition, even as a coach, I need a coach, that another eye and second brain I love exchanging ideas and working together towards the same goal.... And exactly same way in life. I’m very fortunate I have a partner, who works with me towards the same goals. Grateful for every day, every moment growing our precious boy Don’t wanna say I can’t wait to meet him as I want him to be here on time, but yeah looking forward to it so much ... As part of the team, I can’t be more proud of each of you - you all improved so much and gave everything on that day - how you all supposed to do @icn_wa wow what a show what a quality! Was amazing to watch all amazing athletes up there and watching this sport is going on such a great direction, thank you for giving us - competitors and spect...ators great show every time Who knows when I’ll be able to be up there again but every time I get gig watching it To all recovering post comp people - be smart with food, enjoy, but smart, give your body good rest and rehab, maybe change up your training a bit to let your tired body recover.
