24.01.2022 Some pastel tropical townhouse styling for your Sunday evening. Smaller pieces like this solid coffee table and simple frame chair are perfect for townhouse styling. They dont crowd the space and in this case, help to add some colour, function and impact. #townhouseliving #pasteldecor #pasteltropical #featurechair #styleforsale #stylingworks #propertystyling #brisbanerealestate

21.01.2022 I love high ceilings....its the grandeur they give a space I think I love the most. This one had a double height void in the middle of the home. Just stunning! #livingroom #highceiling #propertystylingworks #formallivingroom #interiordesign #blueinterior

20.01.2022 What types of properties benefit the most from staging? Heres our thoughts.

20.01.2022 This week well be showing you a busy morning we had which included 3 installs, a pack up and a removal job. We thought this type of episode would be good to give you an insight into how a busy day runs at Foxy. While our days can get a little chaotic at times, we pride ourselves on being flexible as we believe our clients view this as a major benefit of working with us. We also acknowledge this type of business isnt for everyone - it certainly can be more stressful! Do yo...u prefer a schedule that is forever changing or one that runs to plan? Let us know in the comments below. Thanks for watching Foxy TV - see you next week.

20.01.2022 Today we head to Queen Street, right in the heart of Brisbane City for an install. Jenessa takes us through the entire install process including the consultation, stock selection and what happens on install day. Thanks for watching - see you next week!

20.01.2022 What properties are worth styling? Phoebe caught up with Anne Fidler - McGrath Estate Agents Wilston at a property she recently sold to discuss.

20.01.2022 It has been a long time coming, but the online shop is finally up and running! Cody misspoke in the video, so make sure you go to the correct website - www.foxyhome.shop In this episode we head to the inner city suburb of Toowong for an install in an apartment with some incredible views. The apartment also had a few access challenges which had the team having to utilise two separate lifts and navigate a spiral staircase. We finish the episode by introducing our newest team me...mber Eva. Eva joins us predominantly in a marketing capacity and will also be assisting the styling team. Welcome to the team Eva. Thanks for watching - see you next week. Link to our new online store - www.foxyhome.shop

19.01.2022 A gorgeous little post-war home we styled today. Smaller living spaces need the right sized furniture to highlight their potential....this is even more important if the space is a thoroughfare like this one. You really need to consider where potential buyers will walk and what happens if there are more than 2 groups in the room. Can they move freely or do they need to move to the side? #livingroomstyling #greyinteriors #propertystyling #brisbanerealestate

19.01.2022 A big week for Foxy - were moving warehouse! Not only are we in the midst of a move - weve had our hands full with pack ups, installs, consultations and interviews for a new team member. Tomorrow (Thursday) we have 2 installs side by side in Bardon - we cant wait to show you on Foxy TV!

18.01.2022 'How to Style a Room with Brick Walls' is Eva's latest article which can be found up on our website. We'd love for you to check it out and let us know how you go about styling rooms with brick. You can read Eva's article here - https://foxyhomestaging.com.au//how-to-style-a-room-with-/'

17.01.2022 BEFORE AND AFTER- I've said before that I believe smaller homes, units and townhouses benefit the most from styling. Here is a great example. Of course the return on investment needs to make sense, but at installs like these we can appreciate our job! #unitstyling #styleforsale #stylingworks #propertystyling #brisbanerealestate

16.01.2022 A beautiful new build today....these beautiful apartments are a blend of sophistication and charm.....so thats where we took inspiration for the styling. Ps, who else is loving our new dining chairs?? #dininginspo #diningtable #diningchairs #styleforsale #stylingworks #foxyhomestaging #brisbanerealestate #beautifulhomes @ Lutwyche, Queensland

16.01.2022 These gorgeous city views made up for the tricky layout! #cityviews #brisbanecity #modernhomes

15.01.2022 The brief was to incorporate some subtle pinks and brass tones for the styling of this gorgeous home. The challenge was to tie it in with existing, more contemporary pieces upstairs. I think we got the balance perfectly......I wish we could have shown the entire space but we were working alongside the painters outside, so the outdoor furniture was in the pool yard! #palmspringsinterior #pinkandgold #innercityliving #livingspace #styleforsale #stylingworks

15.01.2022 Apartments can add an element or two of complexity when staging; access to the front door being one of them. This install was a little tricky as the team needed two lifts just to get to the apartment. Once inside they were also met with a spiral staircase! Whats the most challenging property youve had to style?

15.01.2022 We all have to start somewhere and for Phoebe, who was new to the industry, it took hours of phone calls to Real Estate Agents to land her first job. Its not about selling, its about introducing yourself and getting your name out there. Phoebe also offered to write an article for each install she did, offering the Agent additional value. You can watch the rest of the episode here: https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1632043636958541

You can expect to see us back all bright-eyed and bushy-tailed on the 4th! ... - xo Your favourite Ho-Ho-Home Stagers

14.01.2022 We pride ourselves on being fast when it comes to installs and this week we set ourselves a challenge: can we stage a home in 30 minutes? The property had great access and we had most of the team available so if we were going to be able to do it, this was the perfect property! The aim was to make this episode as informative as possible so we spend time on the entire install process and also give our thoughts on what you can do if you’re looking to be quicker on install day.... We hope you enjoyed this week’s episode - see you in the next one!

12.01.2022 How many times have you heard this concern from a client? We have to put ourselves in their shoes as best we can to understand where they are coming from. Here's Phoebe explaining how we discuss this concern with a client. How do you handle these situations?

12.01.2022 This week we are going to take a look at a bit of a tricky install; one with bright coloured wallpaper. While it’s nice to have a newly built home or apartment to style with freshly painted walls, a lot of jobs call for the creative, problem solving juices to start flowing. This was one such occasion. Watch to see how Phoebe and the team tackle such a challenge. We also take you along to an install in Moorooka where the client lives interstate. We chat to Jenessa about how th...is changes the install process. If you have any topics you’d like covered in a future episode let us know in the comments below. Also a reminder to get any Foxyhome.shop orders in asap to ensure everything arrives in time for the holidays. Thanks for watching - see you next week.

11.01.2022 This week we head to the Inner West Brisbane to the suburb of Bardon for a very fun episode. We are styling 2 brand new homes that are right next to each other. Jenessa is styling one, Phoebe the other so we thought wed get a little friendly competition going to see which house and which style you, the viewers, like most. So let us know in the comments below which is your favourite: House number 1 styled by Phoebe OR House number 2 styled by Jenessa.... Thanks for watching and voting - see you next week!

11.01.2022 How long do we spend (on average) at an install?

11.01.2022 Bedheads. Do you love them? Are they pointless? Do they make a room feel more luxe? I'm not normally a fan of artwork alongside a bedhead (its too cluttered) but it worked nicely with this combo....don't you think? #bedroominspo #bedroomgoals #greenbedroom #greeninteriors #bedroomlove #propertystyling #styleforsale #brisbanerealestate #townhouseliving

08.01.2022 Did you know... only 1 in 10 customers who had a positive experience will leave a review dissatisfied customers typically tell 9 to 15 other people (9-15)... It truly shows what a powerful opportunity it is to turn someone’s negative experience into a better one. They will still tell 9 to 15 other people, but the narrative of their story will be fundamentally different. Have a read about Why We View Problems as Opportunities here https://foxyhomestaging.com.au//seeing-problems-as-opport/

08.01.2022 Do we keep an inventory of what is at each property? For the full Q&A look for Foxy TV Episode 87.

08.01.2022 This week we head west to Indooroopilly for an install of a (approx.) $2 million dollar home. We had the entire team out to help and it came out looking fantastic. In this episode we also chat to Phoebe about her thoughts on styling with Christmas trees and Jake gives us an update on how the business went during August 2020. Thanks for watching and well see you back here for episode 80.

08.01.2022 Winter is about a month away, but we’re definitely starting to feel it here in Brisbane, especially in the mornings! Here’s a few of our recently styled cozy spots around the fireplace to warm you up #cozyvibes #fireplacedecor #qldwinter

07.01.2022 Wednesday last week saw the team compelete 4 jobs before lunch - something we wouldnt have been able to do if we didnt have our team in -house. Being flexible is one of our major selling points and although it comes with its downsides (stressful anyone!?) we think it is worth it.

06.01.2022 A little different for us but I actually loved the end result. How do you feel about this guest bedroom?? #bedroominspo #bedroomgoals #bedroomstyling #propertystyling #brisbanerealestate #adairslovers

05.01.2022 A grand partial style today of another beautifully renovated Queenslander. The agent for this one wanted a showstopper formal living space. Conveniently we received our wholesale lamp order earlier this week, which when unpacking we discovered that I accidentally ordered lamps the size of a small child . They couldnt have been more perfect in this space though. And with our clients beautiful artwork. what do you think!!?? #tablelamps #livingroom #greyinterior #styleforsale #queenslandhomes #brisbanerealestate #beautifulhomes #foxyhomestaging #propertystyling

04.01.2022 We were recently asked if we style with Christmas Trees during the festive season - heres our answer.

04.01.2022 Loving this light colour palette. White and oak. Beautifully on trend. #diningroom #townhouseliving #smallspaceliving #protea #scandinaviandesign #scandihome #propertystyling #styleforsale #brisbanerealestate

04.01.2022 If youve been following our social media channels you would have noticed that we have recently moved warehouse. We thought itd be a good opportunity to give you a quick warehouse tour and to touch on a couple of questions that we receive quite frequently from other stylists: 1 - When should I rent a warehouse? 2 - When should I bring logistics (team and truck) inhouse?... Let us know your thoughts on which of the above youd put first. We also head to Carindale for an install at a home which, Phoebe describes, is the perfect candidate for styling. Thanks for watching Foxy TV - see you next week.

04.01.2022 I think that people would rather see the rooms empty before they buy a house. If we had a dime for every time we heard this! Let’s look at some facts:... furnishing a room can help buyers see the actual size of the space and visualise how much furniture they can fit in people buy emotionally and justify their decision logically empty rooms are far less likely to evoke any emotion at all good quality, high-end furniture can affect the perceived value of the house empty homes don’t leave a long-lasting impression in buyers’ minds 95% of our purchase decisions are made subconsciously, which is the reason why home-staging is becoming an ingrained part of the home selling process But we will let you be the judge, here’s a #beforeandafter photo of a bedroom we’ve styled recently. Which one do you gravitate towards more? #neuroscience #brisbanerealestate #homestaging

04.01.2022 When starting your Home Staging Business what should you focus on first? Jake gives us his thoughts.

04.01.2022 Today is the International Sceptics Day! What a great opportunity to clear up some of the most common misconceptions about the Home Staging industry. Have a read of our brand new article here https://foxyhomestaging.com.au//top-5-home-staging-myths-/

04.01.2022 Want to join this crazy team?? We are hiring The position is for a Full Time Content Writer/ Styling Assistant to start pretty much right away. To read up on the position and to apply, follow the link in our Instagram profile.

03.01.2022 We’re taking you with us on a fairly typical / busy day to show you how a home staging company operates. We’ve done episodes like this in the past, but we’ve now since added a second truck and additional team members. In this episode you will see: - The staging and pack-up process - The team travelling between locations... - An insight into some of the little things - like when do we stop for lunch? - How much we communicate It’s not the episode for showing you all the nice footage of the finished styling - there’s plenty of that in previous episodes and on our instagram. This is all about trying to show you what a typical day looks like at Foxy Home Staging. We hope you enjoy this episode. If you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below.

03.01.2022 How has your start to Spring been? This week we speak to Phoebe and Jake to discuss what they are hearing from Agents and other Stylists in regards to the market. We take a (very) quick look at last week’s record breaking week (12 installs) and spend quite a bit of time on Q&A where we answer: - Do buyers sometimes want to purchase the property with your furniture and styling? If so, how much of a markup do you charge?... - Which hooks and methods do you use to hang artwork? - What insurances do you need? - How do you decide what furniture to put in at each property? Next week we’ve got a good episode lined up where we attempt to style a house in less than 30 minutes. Until then, we hope you’re all doing well and thanks for watching. #homestaging #propertystyling

03.01.2022 Who can relate??

03.01.2022 Pretty pastels today. A soft colour palette for a room that had some heavy, solid inbuilt shelving. Loving this artwork too! #bedroominspo #bedroomgoals #bohobedroom #pastelbedroom #summerdays #styleforsale #stylingworks

03.01.2022 How do you store your art? We’ve found a simple shelving + rope solution works for us but would love to see how everyone else out there does it.

02.01.2022 We moved warehouse a few months ago and realised that we haven’t done a proper warehouse tour! Our old warehouse tour video turned out to be quite popular, so here we go with an updated warehouse and updated video. We’d love to hear your feedback on how we have set up our warehouse. Would you do it differently? We are always looking for ways to improve and be more efficient, so let us know in the comments below. At the top of the episode we also head out to a small install in... Coorparoo. Only 3 episodes to go for 2020. Here’s to a great end to the year!

01.01.2022 Do buyers sometimes want to purchase the property with your furniture and styling? If so, how much of a markup do you charge? These questions came through recently - here's Phoebe answer. Our question for the stager's out there - do you sell your furniture??

01.01.2022 Let's talk about client reviews. I'm all for freedom of thought and empowering customers to give honest advice on platforms like Google but its so disappointing to get a negative one. It's 11pm and I've just noticed a little 1 star rating pop up on our Google profile. Its hard not to be disheartened when we try so hard all day every day to help, especially when the review doesn't reflect accurately. There's nothing much you can do in that case except respond and move on. Can ...I ask our wonderful followers a favour. If you are feeling a little wordy or have some free time, we would love a Google review on our styling and service. Have we helped you sell your home, create a new space in your home or set up a styling business? Help us feel the love! Onwards and upwards #customerreview #smallbusinessowner #brisbanerealestate #brisbanehomes #sellinghomes #propertystyling See more

01.01.2022 Cant wait to see this weeks Foxy TV. Weve had lots of time to plan for these 2 jobs so its great to see them come together. Anyone else in love with this space? #livingroom #fireplace #blueinterior #styleforsale #housegoals #beautifulhome #bosshomesbrisbane
