08.01.2022 Market fish of the week, Mulloway in LAcqua Pazza...or Crazy Water LAcqua Pazza originated from fishermen of the Neapolitan area, who would sautée the catch of the day in seawater together with tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil. Our Head Chef Miles Akermans takes a modern take on this classic and honest dish by swapping out the seawater for sparkling water and adds fresh clams and crusty sourdough.... This is the perfect dish to enjoy while watching the sunset over the harbor with a glass of baby doll pinot gris this week.
