23.01.2022 Finishing off a big year with some drainage at Power road reserve in Doveton. This one is a little refurbishment and extension for the local soccer club.

21.01.2022 Just got called out to do a plumbing audit on this bathroom renovation in Reservoir. The job was done by an unlicensed and unregistered plumber who assured the client he was doing the right thing. If I had a dollar for every time heard that!... Not only has this "professional" done the plumbing incorrectly, he has also done all of the waterproofing, tiling and carpentry works instead of using experienced and qualified trades. The toilet wasn't fixed down or sealed. The shower has back fall and floods the bathroom and hallway every time the poor client uses it. And all of his exposed pipework outside has been done in pex piping even after the client advised that they wanted it done properly. These morons give us tradesman who do the right thing a bad reputation and I for one am fed up with it! I can't stress enough how important it is to use licensed and qualified tradesman. To avoid these issues please make sure that your tradesman have proof of qualification and can supply you with a certificate of compliance at the end of the job!

21.01.2022 Finally some finished photos of the fascia and eave cladding at Newport. This has been a testing job thanks to Mother Nature, but we think the finished product is well worth the cold, wet and muddy days.

17.01.2022 Re-roof project we completed in McRae last week. The old zincalume roof, gutter and downpipes have been replaced with new Colourbond. Complete with gutter guard system for protection against the large gumtree overlooking the backyard.

15.01.2022 Fresh start this morning on a new job. Sewer and Tradewaste all of this week for a new sports pavilion in Royal park, Flemington

14.01.2022 Webglass skylight sheet replacement in Newport over the last few days. Four 20m and two 6m long sections. Massive improvement to natural light getting into the gym meaning no more lights on during the day and a saving on electricity. This work alongside thirty 150mm overflows, downpipe repairs and numerous roof leak fixes has topped off a very busy few weeks. Finished eave and fascia lining photos still to come!

10.01.2022 A snap shot of some of the new eave and fascia sheets going up at the South Pacific Health Club in Newport for Hobson's Bay City Council. This, alongside some roof and skylight repairs. And a 150mm - 225mm stormwater upgrade in the coming weeks.

06.01.2022 55 metres of sewer laid from building to sewer mains over the last couple of days. This sports Pavillon for Fercon Property Group is really taking shape. Next will be the finishing touches to the roof and cladding. Then fit off.

04.01.2022 100mm Fire service, 25mm general and 80mm Irrigation water meter assemblies finished and commissioned today. Building refurbishment just days away from being finished. More photos to come.

03.01.2022 Stage 2 at Baxter Football/Cricket club for Fercon Property Group. This ones only a matter of days away from handover. Some really good plumbing in this section with some bathrooms, accessible facilities, commercial kitchen, 2000L GIT and sewer pumpwell feeding the existing septic sewer system. The new 7000L rainwater tank provides water to the toilets in stage one.
