24.01.2022 Floreat Dads with the P&C are running an online Mother Day stall again in 2021. This is a great opportunity to support local businesses whilst spoiling Mum. Keep an eye out on Connect for the opening of the stall later this week. In the meantime if there are any school parents with businesses that would like to participate there is still time. 15.01.2022 Dont forget - Stay & Play tomorrow after school - the P&C will provide icy poles for the kids. There will be seedlings for sale - lots of varieties - herbs, vegetable, succulents and much more. $1-$5 - cash or Qkr! only.

14.01.2022 To help reduce traffic congestion at drop-off and pick-up times here are a few suggestions that could help. For those families with older children have you thought about other options to alleviate the pressure on the kiss-and-drop area -Pick up your children from the Floreat Forum. Use traffic warden to cross Howtree Place safely. -Your children walk down and across McLean oval and pick them up on the western side of the oval. -Use the designated area on Chandler Ave to cro...ss the road safely and pick children up near Reabold tennis Club -Leave home at 3.10pm and arrive at Kiss N Drop once the main rush has passed If anyone has any suggestions regarding road safety please get in touch via [email protected]

12.01.2022 Recently the road crossing on Chandler Ave was assessed to see if it is eligible (enough users) for a Type A traffic warden, this is one like on Howtree Place we don’t fund it. Unfortunately we didn’t get enough users, only 160 used the crossing (another 28 crossed in the vicinity of the crossing, but didn’t count in the numbers). Another assessment will be done prior to the end of term. Please use the designated area to cross at drop off and pick up it is the safest pla...ce to cross. PP parents please consider using this area to cross for the rest of the year to put us in the best position to get a traffic warden. We need over 250 people to be counted crossing this designated area in order to have a chance at creating a safer place to cross for your children!

12.01.2022 Don't forget the Stay and Play will be on tomorrow (Friday) afterschool. Bring a rug and some nibbles and stay for a chat while the kids play. The P&C will provide icy-poles for the kids. And bring some cash as there will be a seedling sale - lots of varieties of succulents, vegetables, herbs and much more. Priced $1-$5 will all proceeds going back to fund sustainability and gardening activities at school
