18.01.2022 Hi All, With recent changes to the WA Planning laws it is now far easier to get permission to build a granny flat on your property (usual size up to 70sqm).... Anybody in the hunt for a free concept plan, elevation and 3D drawing please give me a call. Usual turn around is approx 3-4 days for drawings and formal quote for turn-key project....
