23.01.2022 What gorgeous, sunny Thursday ... Q is busy creating our next Framing Matters sculpture, so keep your eyes peeled over the next few weeks. It is a mystery, even to staff, so we are also eagerly awaiting the unveiling. Spring brings on a change in temperature and humidity, so now is a perfect time to check on your framed pieces. Look for any movement, buckling, cockling or changes in colour. ... If in doubt, we are here to advise.

We are also ready to start with new Christmas decorations and gifts over the next few weeks, so be sure to come in and have a look. 18.01.2022 As we mentioned last week, The Vibes of Red window was dismantled to make way for festi flora. All framed pieces have now been displayed within the shop - which we are happy with, as they are some of our favourites and we get to look at them through the day. All window display pieces are available for sale, and are at a reduced price - a great way to take home something special to hang on the wall.

17.01.2022 Wow - what a knock out Saturday! Hope you are all outside enjoying the sunshine ... Cathy has been preparing for Christmas, and as usual has prepared gorgeous displays of Christmas related gifts and decorations. Hand carved soapstone reindeer and angels and beautiful Czech glass decorations are the highlights ...

16.01.2022 Revisit Sydney Long's beautiful works in our coming window display which we have designed around themes of poetry and fanstasy as characterised by Art Nouveau. We are also looking forward to the Toulouse Lautrec exhibition at the NGA, and will be preparing a window especially for the occasion.

14.01.2022 Hello! This week has already been a big one for us, as we paddle hard coming up to the Christmas period. Luckily we have lovely Emily back with us, after her trip overseas visiting Monet's Garden and eating croissants and baguettes ... Tonight is also very special, as it is the opening of 'A Sense of Place' - a joint exhibition featuring Meelan Oh and Sacha Nixon at M16 Artspace. We encourage you all to have a peak!

10.01.2022 After a very long absence from Facebook, we are making a re-appearance! We wanted to let everyone know about our new display window - festi flora - Festival of Flowers. Inspired by Floriade, we have framed an abundance of floral images. We have a classic Ellis Rowan, a contemporary Frangipani screen-print, a hand coloured engraving, and a scattering of others. Many are framed with hand finished mouldings from Bellini Fine Moulding and are glazed with UV filtering acrylic to minimise fading. All framed works are for sale. We would love you to come down and have a peek ...

04.01.2022 Welcome to 2013! All our staff wish you a great year ahead, full of creativity and energy. We have a big year planned with a Toulouse Lautrec window coming soon and an Ephemera window following. There is the Framing trade show and conference in September, and gift fairs- which means yummy new giftware.

01.01.2022 Since we have been back after Christmas, we have been kept busy framing people's treasured keepsakes including military hat feathers and badge and christening gown. We have also designed some fun stands for our Monkey Biz beaded Zulu dolls. We are certainly being kept on our toes!
