16.01.2022 Being half Italian I tend to talk with my hands a lot. Its been good practice over the years as being a Kinesiologist I use hand modes which are hand gestures like a mundra. We use these hand modes to ask the body and energy what it needs. This hand mode pictured is the mode for sound, sometimes the body or energy needs sound healing. Some clients say they experience a tingling feeling or a very deep state of relaxation the alpha state when sound healing is applied. 02.01.2022 On the weekend I went for a beautiful walk with my husband at Lesmurdie Falls. It was so divine and I felt so good that it inspired me to write a blog about the benefits of getting out into nature.
