17.01.2022 Carl Jung said that we never see others, we only see aspects of ourselves "...maybe the only thing that each of us can see is our own shadow". What we see in other people that irritates us, is perhaps what we don't like in ourselves. What you notice in others can give you great insight. They are your mirror, giving you the opportunity to learn more about who you are, what you fear and how you can choose to behave. The flip side to this is that every time you see beauty, kindness, generosity and love in another... well it's right back at you because to see it, it must be within you too.

15.01.2022 I have set an intention for the week... to eliminate the word TRY from my vocabulary and create a reframe each time it tries...aha! sneaky (attempts? hmmm) ok then, slips in under the radar. Off I go to "Do or Do Not" :)
