23.01.2022 Today is a very sacred day in Australia and New Zealand, a day where we honour those who went to war, not the war itself. My family grew up under the shadow of the Vietnam War, like so many others, and today I stand in support of my dad who survived it in body, and over time has overcome the emotional burden people sent to war live with. I honour his loyalty, sense of duty, resilience and strength to be a survivor in so many ways. My heart is filled with pride for the person he chose to become through the hardest of circumstances

16.01.2022 Sunday afternoon swinging... What a beautiful day we've had down here, what did everyone get up to today? I've been trying to have slower Sundays with my family - it's easy to think of 20 work things I have to do. Work can wait til tomorrow....... Sadie's Pop and Grandma (my parents) created this grandkids oasis in a peppi tree, and it draws her in every time. (anyone in asking distance gets roped in to push her!) Made with so much heart and thought, she and her cousins are very lucky grandchildren, as am I to have them as parents.

14.01.2022 Such a lovely afternoon getting in to the Christmas Spirit early! So many laughs and much chatting as usual - our Frank and Scents community gatherings are always such fun!! This is definitely one of the bonuses I never knew would be a part of Young Living - the sense of community and togetherness, and general positivity. It really fills my heart to be able to do this for others, as well as myself. ... Thanks to all who came along, it felt so good to be celebrating - there's always room for you at our next catch up!

14.01.2022 Today we remember Sarai. Her memory box is full of all we have of her, and this beautiful elephant her Nanni Kathryn knitted for her sits atop the box, pride of place on top of my piano. Grief helps us grow and love in ways that are unimaginable if we can move through the pain and keep our hearts open. ... Every day I am grateful I got to have another try at motherhood with Sadie, for it's quite possible Sadie might not have come in to this world if it wasn't for her big sister. I can't imagine life without Sadiegirl. Sarai's absence is only in body, never in spirit, and I know Sarai is reflected in Sadie's spirit. My hormonal issues played a big part in losing Sarai, and I'm determined Sadie will have the best chance to not go through what I did - which is my biggest motivation to keep sharing how to minimise hormone disrupting chemicals from our everyday. 03.01.2022 Have you ever felt unseen? Like what you have to say is not of value? That's been me for the longest time.... It's funny how sometimes when you're looking for one thing, you get something completely different, but it's exactly what you need. When I started educating myself on how to go low tox and what to look for to create a healthier home and naturally support my wellness, little did I expect to grow in ways I would never imagine possible. I found a group of people that support me in the practical aspects of swapping out chemicals, but also empower me to tap in to my confidence, and step in to my true self. My heart sits in a place of sharing the difference healthier choices in our home have made, so that others can learn the same. It's opened the doors to something so much bigger. For me, I'm growing in confidence in speaking up - about so many things. I feel accepted in a community of people who lift me up so that I can do the same for others. I love it. I'm growing. I'm serving others. I feel heard.
