19.01.2022 One month ago in Tuscany I was blown away by the creative beauty of this sculptural art piece! The rusted steel and concrete (2 materials only) ramp completes this wonderful winery designed by Architect Marco Casmonti. The spiral ramp is the centerpiece among the masterpiece! It ties the three leveled building together and provides a focus point for the arrival, entry, journey across/in and exit. 13.01.2022 We worked closely with our clients during concept design stage for this huge lifestyle property in #langwarrin Even using play-doh to rapidly describe the building form and help the clients conceptualise the 3 sawtooths. The sawtooth roof construction ensured the south facing living spaces still receive natural north light throughout the day. This was only one of 5 structures being designed and documented on this fantastic site.
