12.01.2022 My thoughts have been younger people (18 - 29) have moved out of their inner city dwellings and back home with mum and dad as their employment has been put on hold and the requirement to be near the CBD has evaporated. In time they will need to find their own space again and affordable housing like the type of property I specialise in will be very popular given its price point and "all inclusive" aspect.
