20.01.2022 This month is domestic violence awareness month and with the current Covid-19 restrictions and due to isolation, increased financial stress, higher alcohol consumption and being forced to stay home, this has created a perfect storm for a surge in domestic and family violence. In most cases victims are trapped with their perpetrators 24/7 and are unable to seek assistance. The following Queensland site has information for men and women and also for victims of sexual assault or for those wanting to help with donations. Please share so this information is readily available to those who need it. http://www.dvconnect.org/
