23.01.2022 Finally, some good news to come out of 2020! New hope for people living with myeloma (an incurable blood cancer). I'm an Ambassador for Myeloma Australia, and today's announcement of a new treatment option that will be funded by the Government is pretty massive - first major development in the treatment of myeloma in 10 years.

05.01.2022 Santa dresses pretty casual on the far south coast of NSW. Hope everyone had an unprecedented Christmas 2020 full of family and friends. If it didn’t work out exactly as you planned, it’s my hope that you at least made the best of however it happened.

04.01.2022 Here’s something special tonight. . . a song written and performed by my daughter, Olivia, with her hubby Senzo on guitar. She wrote this song after being in lock down in Melbourne for most of the year, and wanting to be able to cross the border and come to visit me, Michelle and Georgia. It now looks like it will happen, thank goodness, so let’s dedicate this song to all those who are spending Christmas apart from family and loved ones due to covid-19 lock downs and border closures. If you get this song, feel free to share it with those you’re missing this Christmas.

03.01.2022 Today’s my birthday. Any guesses on how old I’m turning?! This year, I’m asking you all to get behind a cause that’s special to me. I’ve recently become an Ambassador for a charity called Myeloma Australia. Myeloma is a type of blood cancer, and this charity provides support, information and hope to people who are living with myeloma, and their loved ones. I’m aiming to raise $10,000 to provide specialist myeloma nursing services for those living with myeloma. If any of you ...were considering buying me a gift (or even if you weren’t considering it!), I’d like to ask you to instead make a contribution towards this cause. Click through to my fundraising page to make a contribution small or large - it all counts. Thanks so much and here’s to many more years of health and happiness. https://myelomaaustraliafundraiser.raisely.com/frankie-j-ho
