Welcome to the GF family onion rings So that just leaves our old mate the bread roll as the only non gluten free option on our menu. Unfortunately this one is too good to change, with its crusty outer and oh soft inner.

16.01.2022 Rain doesn’t and won’t stop Frankenstein from cooking all those smoked meats, but it does stop our outside area from bookings. Unfortunately outside won’t be open for bookings but for those who want to risk it for the brisket are most welcome. Secondly, we apologise to anyone hanging out for their couch eats last week, we have been assured by the powers at be that everything is now ready to go, so get ready! We will be open for our regular dinner service Thursday- Saturday from 5.30pm and remember if you do feel like throwing on a nice frock, you can book through our Facebook page.

08.01.2022 We have just drawn the winner of the 20 offset Stella edition smoker from Bullockhead Creek Smokers We think it’s fair to say that our winner Jarrod is still in a little bit of shock after just getting off the phone to him. We just want to thank everyone who has been a supporter of Frankie’s Smokehouse and we couldn’t be happier with how our new venture has been going. We would like to wish everyone a safe Christmas and a Happy New Year! ... We have one last service for 2020, Wed 23rd (lunch only) and then we will see everyone on Thursday 14th Jan 2021, for an exciting new year ahead with plenty of big things to come! 05.01.2022 Fun fact; all of our food except the bread rolls and onion rings are GLUTEN FREE! And yes that even means our chips are gluten free! At Frankie’s we keep it simple and true to the traditional style of Texas BBQ, so salt and pepper and little bit of mustard is all you need! Just remember, if you do have allergies, please make sure to always let us know, as your health and well being is our priority.

03.01.2022 Well Friends, we have officially closed for 2020 and what a year it has been for everyone locally and globally. We have been so lucky to have such strong support from you all, after only being open for 11 weeks and we can’t wait to keep building our business into 2021. Thank you to all who have made it out to our restaurant, ordered take away or shared our name around town and through socials, we can’t wait to welcome you back into the new year! For those that didn’t get the... chance before we closed off 2020, it will still be Nice to meat you! From everyone at Frankie’s Smokehouse we would like to wish everyone a safe and happy Christmas and we will be ready to start serving that soft and juicy meat from Thursday 14th January for lunch and dinner service!
