01.01.2022 Pretty excited about this one guys! You have spoken, I listened! With the feedback given around meditation, I am excited to confirm that the amazing Adele from Spiritually Minded will be holding a 20 minute guided meditation after this Saturday's yoga class at Crossfit Esplanade in Seaford! Come and join me for an hour of Power Vinyasa flow beforehand at 9.30AM. So take advantage of the 1hr 20min practice for only $10. The Saturday's I'm not there and for future fill in classes, we have a new yoga instructor teaching called Elza who also trained with Power Living Adelaide!! Everyone welcome- come and support us and get some stillness in that busy mind.. xxx
