09.01.2022 Frankland Rural claims CRT Business Partner of the Year award! CRT member Frankland Rural has taken out the Western Australia Business Partner of the Year Award, announced at the CRT National Conference in Brisbane on Saturday. The annual awards held extra weight this year, as CRT, one of Australia’s leading rural merchandise retailers celebrates 50 years of operation.... Western Australia CRT State Manager Peter Burchell said Frankland Rural had won the award after demonstrating consistent excellence in the region for many years. With only a small team they have been able to provide their customers the right products for the key markets, with a service unmatched by competitors in their district, he said. He also commended their ability to plan for the future. They are always looking ahead and anticipating what their customers and community will need, to ensure they are well equipped to serve them, he explained. Mr. Burchell spoke highly of their efforts in working together as a team. Staff knowledge and confidence is key to their success, whenever CRT hold a training event, we always see staff from Frankland Rural attend to learn about new technologies and products to help provide an all rounded service back to their customers. Frankland Rural service their clients through their broadacre agronomist Tim Trezise which incorporates a range of agronomic services including local and state trail sites, soil testing, resistance testing and field walks. With the ongoing commitment Frankland Rural supplies high end quality products through to on-farm delivery. Owners Tim Trezise, Nathan Waterman and Chloe Casson said the team were over the moon when the result was announced. The team and I are very proud to have won this award, Mrs Casson said. We pride ourselves on what we do and have a terrific customer base. Greg O’Neil, CRT General Manager praised Frankland Rural for its consistent effort servicing their community as well as the greater CRT network. They remain strong contributors to the CRT group and are held in the highest regard by fellow member stores. Mr. O’Neil said.
