23.01.2022 Some changes you will notice when you return to school are some new gates around the Piazza. These gates will be removed once our new building is finished. To ensure the safety of all our students, we are asking that families do not pass through these gates. As you pass through the admin building, please walk around the Piazza to the left, or pass through the doors to the playground on the right. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

If your child misses...... 10 minutes a day = 50 minutes a week = 1.5 weeks per year = nearly half a year of lost learning over 13 years of schooling 20 minutes a day = 1 hour 40 minutes a week = 2.5 weeks per year = nearly 1 year of lost learning over 13 years of schooling 30 minutes a day = half a day a week = 4 weeks per year = nearly 1.5 years of lost learning over 13 years of schooling 1 hour a day = 1 day a week = 8 weeks per year = nearly 2.5 years of lost learning over 13 years of schooling

We will email the link of the performance to families on Monday 7 December *Assemblies will remain online for the remainder of the year. We connect as a school community each morning outside the blue block for morning lines. Families are most welcome to attend this 5 minute catch up.

02.01.2022 We are excited to be hosting the Scholastic Book Fair again this term. This term, we are offering ‘Buy one, Get one free!’ This means that for every book purchased, you receive a second book of equal or lesser value FREE to give as a gift to a friend, teacher, donate back to the library or keep yourself! The Franklin School Book Fair will be running from Monday the 9th of November (week 5) until Friday 13th of November (week 5) 2020 in the school library. The fair will be... open from 8:30am-9:30am and 2:30pm-3:30pm each day. Due to the easing of restrictions, parents and carers may visit the book fair during the above times. We do ask that social distancing be a priority when visiting the Fair. Students will be able to visit, create a wish list and purchase from the book fair each day also.
