25.01.2022 It has been an extremely busy week being back in action and my sincerest thanks go out to everyone that has ordered Franklins.. I dont think we have ever sent out so many orders in 1 week We have had some awesome people trialling out, and our team is slowly coming together nicely.. We are taking tonight off and will be back in action from Monday night with some new peeps trialling out and I just ask that if you have any concerns or complaints to msg me directly rather than ...directing any issues to our employees who are just trying there best atm Also, just a reminder that we dont have delivery available and orders are only via phone or in person.. we will add more hrs and delivery once the team is complete so I thankyou for your patience. On a seperate note: We are currently living in very difficult times for everyone and I hope that you are all concentrating on your mental and physical health and wellbeing.. If you find yourself doing ok then I would suggest maybe asking those in your life if they too are doing ok.. as people who are not, may not realize or seek help, so think and carefully dig deeper. Mental health in particular, in my opinion, is a society issue as much as it is a individual one. We all have a roll to play

25.01.2022 Very exciting with new things getting done We finally have our shop design done & approved.. first coat of paint on & can't wait for all our planned works to be completed.. it's going to look Also, we are open for lunch again tomorrow and Friday from 11am-2pm.. Pickup or delivery is available so get in to try one of our new smoothies or to have a feed And to encourage you we are offering "Buy 2 and receive a 3rd smoothie free" for tomorrow only.. which if you ask me, sounds like a perfect opportunity to convince 2 of your workmates to buy a smoothie so you get yours free

23.01.2022 Sooo much support and advice lately.. I stood my ground and took the appropriate paths and have secured my location.. like it should have even been an issue to begin with but either way, lots of lessons learnt and resilience gained.. So I can now get back to concentrating on fit out and putting my Franklins team together We are open every night (except sunday) from 5-9pm.. for pickup and delivery only atm.... We will open more hrs as our team increases and offer eat in when the restaurant is fitted out. Thanks again for the continued support legends

21.01.2022 I appreciate all of the love & support guys I am overwhelmed by all the heart warming messages I have received from people going through there own struggles in life and it breaks my heart to realise the multitude of people in our society that are either struggling in silience or going through a broken system I promise I will respond to everyone as soon as I am able.. In the meantime, thanks to Kevin from Graham Chalmers and Andrew from the Wellington Shire health departmen...t we have secured a new location and although we still have some work to do in order to make it our own, we have a fully operational kitchen ready to rock n roll We are understaffed to begin with so it would be awesome if you could pre order and we will provide you with a time and address for pickup.. Delivery will be available but only when we are not busy so therefore we just cant guarantee a time atm Im sorry. We are hiring too so if you are looking for work, hit us up with a resume and a short(or long) story on why you think you would be the perfect fit to join the Franklins team.. make it to the point, creative or funny, whatever your style, have fun with it! 15.01.2022 Awesome work from some amazing new Franklins team members Im extremely proud.. as they are becoming of themselves and the food they produce Things are starting to come together nicely in the kitchen atm.. And thanks heaps for your support and patience while we have been trialling new people out. Even those that havent been patient or supportive its all feedback we take on board you legends.. Customer service in a fast pace environment is hard for anyone especially those learning and everyone we have had on so far have done an awesome job and Im very thankful.. Hopefully I can replace myself in the kitchen soon and get out the front more to Serve and see all my regulars

14.01.2022 Now restrictions have eased, let's see who's available The Franklins kitchen is running like a well oiled machine atm but we are still looking for dedicated FOH. We have shifts available ASAP for the right people so if you are available nights and wknds and have a licence then we want to hear from you. Contact us via email, msger or in person.... Our customers and there experience are our number 1 priority as is our "team" dynamic therefore, we require someone with a gentle and genuine nature with a high degree of emotional intelligence. You will have a keen willingness to learn and the ability to adapt and adjust to stressful situations. Attention to detail and self pride in all that you do is required, as is customer service experience. Duties will include, but not limited to: Taking orders via phone and in person, using POS system, cash handling, timing, liaising with kitchen staff so everything runs smoothly, helping make drinks and desserts, bagging up orders, delivery and basically stepping in when and where you are needed Franklins Eatery is in an exciting growth phase atm so there will be plenty of opportunities going forward for the right people.. 10.01.2022 Im still trying to work through alot of issues guys.. I have received some awesome advice & have things in motion and will let you know more as I know more ok.. Unfortunately all parties have so far refused to sit down and even discuss the issue and I am still waiting on a response. But screw the little guy eh I guess Ill wait.. Thank you for all the kind messages of support and advice, I am overwhelmed this week.. Doing all this myself is hard going and a rollercoaster of emotions and I am for once listening to some advice to take this wknd for myself to ready myself for a no doubt long, stressful and drama filled week.. First step my lovely people, ...is to send me a resume, and if you dont have one or have not had much work experience thats cool and a great thing to speak about in your cover letter/story of why you think you deserve the opportunity and why you would fit in well with the Franklins team.. You could even send me a video application, whatever you feel comfortable with. I care way more about the cover story than the resume, as I am interested in the quality of your character.. so just be your lovely self and if your still sitting on the fence, keep in mind that this will be a great exercise whether or not you get the job. 01.01.2022 Well ladies and gentlemen the drama wagon just keeps on rolling So much support this week from customers and soo many applications for work etc etc.. And last night was an awesome service up until the end when I received a phone call from the real estate letting me know that the landlords daughter has apparently decided that she would now like the shop for herself so they want me out.. and even though i and the real estate have signed the lease, payed all monies, been given the key and allowed to move in, change utilities into my name, fix it up and get it health inspected and then actually start operation, they have not signed and now Im expected to leave I am working my arse off today to try and find a solution but seriously, WTF guys
