Starting with one branch in North Melbourne and 4 employees, the company has continued to ...prosper and now employs over 250 staff nationally, operating branches in most capital cities around Australia. The business is still owned and managed by the Lowndes family. In addition to stable ownership and direction, other key factors in the continued success and growth of the business has been a focus on the value of staff, development of key relationships with both customers and suppliers and the strategic acquisition of specific businesses that have expanded our ability to supply product and service solutions around the country. Four business units make up the Group and they operate in different areas of the construction industry. Our workshop is here to cut keys for all our restricted key clients. We are still supplying hardware to our trade clients. We have marked out the required distances in our showroom for our clients to keep apart and from our counter. We are sanitizing the counter after each client. ... Our on road technicians are available for lock work and electronic security services. It is important to keep up your security during these times. Our technicians have all been briefed in practicing good practices, such as requesting to wash their hands before and after each visit.
