12.01.2022 It’s time to become self sustainable for your supply of fresh vegetables and reduce compostable waste . One of Franks Garden Beds industrious customers from Emerald Beach , Judith from Coffs Beekeeping Supplies , has created a fantastic vibrant eco garden environment in her back yard . This includes using our garden beds for growing vegetables , as a pond for a water feature and to add functionality and structure to the area. Take a look at the photos and see how healthy ...everything looks!! The bees are great for pollination and Judith is sure this adds to the health of her garden. Judith has been very creative by placing vertical poly pipes in the beds with lids for her compost waste . What a great idea to enrich the garden bed soil and encourage worms. You must try some of the honey !!! It’s the best I have tasted.
07.01.2022 What a great idea from one of our customers !!! Place a 1 metre length of poly pipe with holes drilled in it with a screw cap lid in the garden bed . Place your food waste in the pipe and it produces great compost and attracts worms . Vegetable prices are set to increase significantly in Australia . It’s a great time to become more self sufficient and grow your own vegetables in our quality raised garden beds. ... Some of our standard units are 1900 x 740 (or 1040 ) x 450 (or 850)high 3100 x 740 (or 1040 ) x 450 (or 850) high We can do custom units and in any genuine colorbond colors and will price this as required. Please Let us know 1. - how many units of what sizes 2. - where you are based 3. - whether you are OK with the standard zinc/silver , or if you want a colorbond color 4. - what sort of access we will have to the delivery area (we have a large trailer) We will then be able to come back to you with a delivered and fully assembled price. Note that we charge only the one flat fee per delivery no matter how many units you purchase so its a good time to order any extra units you may think you need. We are based in the Coffs Harbour region and doing a delivery run to Newcastle and surrounds later in October 2020 and taking orders now
