25.01.2022 What is a Christmas Shoot without...HAMS!!!!! With the further easing of restrictions this week, we have decided to put a last minute order in for some quality Bertocchi Hams! Hams will now replace the prepaid VISA/Mastercards originally advertised! Hope to see you all on Sunday!

25.01.2022 This weekend at FACTC: Saturday Frankston Field and Game comp from 10am FACTC practice from 10am...DTL 5&7, Skeet 6, 5 stand, Olympic trap (no skeet 1,2,3 or Olympic skeet)... Sunday Practice all grounds and all disciplines from 10am Don’t forget face masks MUST be worn when inside the building including in the office, clubrooms and when using the toilets. 23.01.2022 Practice Wednesday is here! All grounds and all disciplines from 10am! The sun is shining and beautiful conditions to smoke those clays! You asked and we listened....sausage sizzle lunch back on today from 11am!... NOTE: there has been an accident on Thompson’s Road with a section of the road in front of the Club closed. Tow trucks are on site and the road should be opened before 10am. Please be vigilant. See you soon!

22.01.2022 This weekend at FACTC... Today practice from 10am! Please note ground 1,2&3 will be closed due to Field and Game and there will be no ISSF Skeet on ground 4. ISSF Trap, DTL, 5 Stand and Skeet (ground 6) will be available. If Field and Game finish early enough, additional skeet grounds will be open. Tomorrow...a big day of Skeet and DTL competition from 10am. No practice will be available. Pre nomination is preferable via MyClubsMyScores. The canteen will also be open.... As always, please ensure you follow the Covid safe guidelines at FACTC! Happy weekend!

Lots of cash up for grabs on the day plus it’s not too late to be in the running for the series high guns as your best two scores count! 10am start, slab of ammo for the door prize, and Pick the Joker raffle! ... Skeet and Olympic Trap practice available all day. Double Rise and 5 Stand practice available until 1pm.

06.01.2022 This Sunday from 11am! Nominations now open via My Clubs My Scores! The more that pre-nom, the less the congestion in the office. Our friend Dexter Barnes has kindly donated the door prize for Sunday which will be a lovely meat tray! The Pick the Joker raffle will also return!... Looking forward to seeing you all for our first comp back this year!

05.01.2022 Thank you to all that came out for the 100 target point score Ash and Bond Memorial comp today! The weather turned out to be spectacular! Thank you Melbourne! Craig McDougall was the overall winner today with 294/300! Congratulations Craig! Special mention also to Tom Mills who got his 75 break today!... Gavin Boyd won the door prize...a generous meat tray donated by Dexter Barnes! Tiz Zucchet won the Pick the Joker raffle but unfortunately didn’t pick the joker so took home a six pack of beer instead! See you all on Sunday 7th February!

You can also renew your 2021 Membership when you visit today! Or this can be processed over the phone on a Wednesday! ... While face masks will no longer be required out on the grounds so long as physical distancing is maintained, please carry a face mask on you at all times as it will be required when entering the club rooms and when signing in. Happy Wednesday....and only 30 days until Christmas! And 4 more sleeps until our Christmas shoot! Ho ho ho!

01.01.2022 100 Target Point Score Ash and Bond Memorial competition at FACTC from 11am tomorrow! It would be great to have a few more pre-nominations through MyClubsMyScores so we can fill the first wave. Thanks again to Dexter Barnes for donating a giganormous meat tray for tomorrow’s door prize! All competitors going into the draw which will be drawn during presentation. You must be at presentation to claim the door prize, or there will be a redraw.... Pick the Joker is also returning tomorrow. Buy some raffle tickets for your chance at turning a card over which you will hope is the Joker! $250 cash opens the Pick the Joker campaign. A consolation prize will be given if the joker is not picked! Lastly, face masks are still required to be worn inside the building until midnight tomorrow. If you are seated at a table inside the clubrooms eating or drinking, your face mask can be removed. See you tomorrow!

01.01.2022 The FACTC Christmas Shoot is this Sunday 29th November! Some useful last minute information... Start Time: 10am Nominations: From 9am...if you are paying by cash please enter the clubrooms and if you are paying by EFT and/or need to purchase ammunition please proceed to the nominations office.... Event Price: $15 per event or a maximum of $60 for four or more. Clubrooms: Will be open! Due to the 1 person per 4 square meters, we ask that you are seated when inside the clubrooms. It is expected you wear your facemask indoors but these can be removed if you are eating or drinking. Please have a maximum of two people per wooden bench (both inside the clubrooms and under the verandah) to help us keep to our indoor capacity. Canteen: Will be open from 9am with a Christmas themed menu available. Dinner: We will be providing a simple bbq for those who would like a snack when they have finished shooting. The current environment does not enable us to offer our usual elaborate buffet Christmas dinner. Spectators: Are allowed. Please ensure all spectators sign in upon arrival inside the Clubrooms Prizes: HAMS! Overall (ham plus a $50 FACTC voucher), 1st and 2nd in each grade for each event. Raffle: Ham, Woolworths Gift Cards, Wine, and some Christmas Hampers will be up for the winning. Door Prizes: 2x$50 FACTC Vouchers will be offered as door prizes for anyone who enters an event. You must be there for presentation to claim your prize. Presentations: A presentation will take place at the conclusion of the day with the clubrooms, verandah and grassed area used. Physical Distancing: Although you are no longer required to wait in your car between events, please be sensible and practice physical distancing at all times. It has been a crazy and trying year! Hope to see you all for some fun on Sunday as we celebrate the final competition at FACTC for 2020!
