All too often I observe the RESISTANCE to adjust the one thing that could pretty much change your whole life Instead there is a tight HO...LDING ON to what feels FAMILIAR and any sense of moving with the flow is out the door Too AFRAID to try something new in FEAR of what the unknown might look like Staying put where we are to not rock the boat but DEEP INSIDE there is the knowing it can’t go on like this Then being bound by this ever increasing density of the OLD that has outlived its form Often shown in forms of physical ailments or DISTRESS in the emotional/mental field From my own experience and my clients I understand how DAUNTING this can be and yes CONFRONTING sometimes However rather then staying stuck in the mud and living a half lived life why not CHANGE NOW? 06.01.2022 Nothing makes me feel more grateful then receiving a beautiful message like this. Being on your path and doing what is most in alignment with your heart is wha...t I always wanted to do. Now I am here and so glad I followed my calling. If you ever doubt yourself just remember each and every one of us has a gift and what you are here to share with the world. When you work from that place you find your truest fulfilment and everything else will start working out for you. Not saying it will always be easy but you will have that knowing in your heart that all will work out for the highest good of all. 06.01.2022 Can you hear the calling? Life on earth is changing really fast The time is now to truly follow your heart... For the ones of you that resonate with my writings You know something is changing there is no denying You may receive hunches of insights or nudges However a part of you is not fully trusting what is rising to the surface The mind comes in and makes you wonder How on earth do I put all of this together Don’t let the mind run the show but rather listen to that wispher of your soul Not everything may make sense right at the minute But you have to trust and respond for it to become more prolific A connection builds between you and the higher powers No other experience can bring you the depth of blossoming like a flower It’s really hard to put the experience into words Like a place of gratitude and your heart full of love

05.01.2022 For a while now I have been making custom blends for individuals using the flower essences I have created so far which are 20 in total. Just recently I was encouraged to define what I am doing and offer a flower essence especially created with the individual in mind. Which is a process of identifying your dreams & desires, blocks that hold you back, personality traits and a deeper understanding of who you are at the core. ... With a clear picture and you in mind the process begins of me going out in nature to collect exactly what is needed to create your essence. 03.01.2022 I wonder what would happen if all of us just for one day... Forget about fear and segregation...instead choose love and acceptance of all that is...(love thy ne...ighbour rather then attacking them because they believe differently) Rest in the knowing that nature has provided us with all the tools we ever need to live a peaceful and healthy life...(our ancestors managed to do so) Say goodby to wearing masks and conformity and instead raise in our own decision making and power rather then letting others tell us what to do...(haven’t we seen enough of that in history?) Pretend everything is back to how we used to live and make choices in alignment with our hearts rather then our heads...(more love in the world) Look at life from a different perspective and knowing that all the answers we seek are within...(stop putting bandaids on what never solves the core issue) Choose to live in harmony with the earth, animals, humans and any other life forms that exist...(so peace shall prevail) Use technology to serve us rather then it taking charge of us...(spent more time outdoors rather then being fixed on mobile phones) Oh what a wonderful way that would be....instead we are being washed away by propaganda How much longer are we going to play this mind game that is currently unfolding all around us Wake up world!!! Or the coming times will awaken you in ways that will shake you to the core of your being...

02.01.2022 THE MOTHER GUILT TRAP Being a mother is the biggest job on earth I don’t know about you but I find myself GIVING so much ... From the early days when you run the whole show 24/7.....with not much of a break to recharge or just being I tried hard......to get everything right and the PRESSURE I put on myself to perform Felt I had to be there for everything and SACRIFICED parts of myself that before where part of my day to day living Really you just want the best for your child and oh yes be also that amazing wife Not to forget we also got a career as that part deep within LONGS to make a stand in the world Day in an out we go about our day...push along and often run the whole show Be a mother, cleaner, cook, nurse, teacher, taxi driver, personal assistant, business woman and so much more..... Not complaining here at all as what children bring into our world is truly enormous So many beautiful moments and lessons learned and there is no way I would turn the time back and do anything different With all that said it opens the door to a little something more.... Because a mother’s love runs so deeply and the love given is always freely Sometimes we end up GIVING WAY TOO MUCH and left feeling like the depleted part SELF CARE is out the door and the things that are important....like looking after your wellbeing may be the last thing you are doing A SNEAKY little VOICE might also be at play telling some good old stories of why you shouldn’t PLAY It’s the mother GUILT TRAP that may show through the cracks and does not allow you to take time out just for FUN However if left for to long it may opens up the feeling of being a bit LOST and questioning your being DISCONNECTED from that part of you the longing within gets stronger to create something NEW However when the fog in the mind is thick You STRUGGLE to gain a perspective on pretty much everything What has sparked you up previously has now become barren and started the search for more MEANINGFUL living If this is happening to you currently you are on the cusp of a great TRANSFORMATION of your whole way of being This is an opportunity to go a little DEEPER and find that part of you that is so much more then what you are seeing I know exactly how it feels as I walked that path plenty times before However enough of me right now.... 02.01.2022 Rebirthing Essence Especially in times like these we are being asked to let go, transform and reconsider all that’s our current reality The old and outgrown beliefs and patterns need to go to clear the space for something new...
