24.01.2022 FIRE EVACUATION, PLEASE HELP Right now, we are in the process of evacuating our critical care wombats as there is a massive fire heading straight for us. We are terrified! We built a fire bunker as a safety precaution if we couldn't leave but this is a big and dangerous fire and we have to ensure our most vulnerable babies are safe. ... We have 15 intensive care wombats in 3 cars, we have had to leave everyone else behind who is sleeping in their burrows. We are just so heartbroken, the hardest thing we have ever had to do. It is just not fair.... We have nowhere to go. We desperately need help for this current emergency and any future emergencies that make us homeless.
