24.01.2022 Fraser and Hughes are delighted to have spent a wonderful evening at the Celebrity Chef Scholarship Dinner featuring Justin North. All uniforms were proudly supplied by Fraser and Hughes and everyone dining was given an Exclusive Designed apron to celebrate!

20.01.2022 Fraser and Hughes are proud sponsors of the @Starlight Childrens Foundation who brighten the lives of seriously ill children and their families. This year they will be auctioning a framed jacket at each the Chefs Table to raise funds for such an incredible cause.

19.01.2022 We had a great time on 14/05/18 supporting the Mise en Place event in Sydney. All the guests indulged in Pork sandwiches made by Joel and Bakers Maison and had the opportunity to partake in a Butchery Masterclass and Pig on a Spit presentation. Fantastic day for all with an amazing network of people!

12.01.2022 We now have our Ryde showroom almost ready. Our factory and the cutting room is running full pace to finish before Christmas. So I thought I would take time out to thank you all for the patience and good will we have receive during our BIG move. 12.01.2022 Yesterday was transfer day, meaning Fraser and Hughes has left the building. This building was build for a drug store with a residence above. Fraser and Hughes was a department store in the building which is now Kinselas Hotel. Our little store on Oxford street was their mens wear department. Since my family took control in 1927 there has been a number of changes like being one of the first retailers to sell King Gee clothing, then making and selling aprons as the hotels ...and restaurants / cafes increase changing into hospitality uniforms exclusively. It was sad to lock the doors yesterday leaving only a shell. But our family can only see a bright future at our Ryde store and at fraserandhughes.com.au. 10.01.2022 TAFE colleges back today so the Fraser and Hughes will do a week of pop up shops in Sydney campuses offering full service. Starting at Loftus. Quality Training start new classes last week and they have all their uniforms and tools ready to start at the fish markets training tomorrow. SBTA is being measured this week have you seen their fantastic new training kitchens near Central Railway.

08.01.2022 This year is flying past already into the second enrollments this post is coming from the lounge as wait for the flight to Adelaide where I will collect sizes last week Melbourne packed and sent, earlier today Sydney measuring up and back tomorrow for the packing of Sydney within a month we will have the start our February 2020 production happening had better get back to packing tool sets for June

Some of you may remember this old shop window at Darlinghurst and many a head teacher will remember this interior. 04.01.2022 Dear customers, The health and wellbeing of our customers and crew is the highest priority to all of us at Fraser and Hughes. With the ongoing spread and impact of COVID-19 on our everyday life, we feel the need to implement changes to our way of doing business to ensure we provide a safe and quality service. In accordance with the Australian Government recommendations, our retail store at Ryde TAFE College will be adopting Social Distancing measures and continue our already ...vigilant deep cleaning processes. Staff will be washing their hands, wiping down surfaces and EFTPOS terminals between every sale. This may mean processing takes a little longer, but we hope all customers understand this is to maintain the health and safety of everyone in our community. At present, we are still conducting regular trading hours and operations meaning we are still open to the public, Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm and Friday 9am-2:30pm. If anything should change we will notify customers via our website or facebook. Our online store will be operating normally with only a small change to our delivery service. To limit contact in the short term, deliveries will no longer require signatures on delivery, however customers will be contacted via mobile to confirm delivery. We would recommend making sure that all your customer details are up to date and delivery addresses will be attended during business hours. As our uniforms and aprons are made in Sydney we have strong strong levels and expect no disruptions to the quality manufacturing and services we provide. 02.01.2022 The cutting room has moved, leaving Darlinghurst forever. Our new cutting room is all set up and working, BIGGER and BETTER. From today, I will try and post an update every day until we move, only 21 shopping days till Fraser and Hughes is closing the Darlinghurst Shop!

01.01.2022 At Fraser and Hughes we are as concerned for our family as much as our customers health in this challenging times and with much grief has decided from today to operate in the following way. Our college store will close at 4 pm 26th March 2020 and remain closed to the public until future notice All Fraser and Hughes will be available via our online store with plenty stock available yes we are dispatched daily. Australia Post is still delivering Australia Wide and Hunter Expre...ss are still operating normally within NSW. We would suggest not selecting express delivery as this can be unreliable at this time. No overseas parcels are being dispatched at this time. To collect in store is not advisable and will require and appointment to be made by phone. We are still contactable via our phone number 02 93604760 or our email [email protected] or by Facebook.
