23.01.2022 The Wolves are busy preparing for the 2020 Infinite Recharge game in Sydney in March. Game anaysed major design decisions made, prototyping plans for subsystems appearing, parts sorted. Young people putting Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Communication and Creativity skills into action alongside Mechanical, Electrical and Software engineeting - a picture of what being prepared for the Fourth Industrial Revolution looks like. Now the wait for parts orders to arrive. Perth is the world's most isolated city and has been cutoff by road at the border with SA for 11 days. Road open! 13.01.2022 This morning our female Wilder Wolves members attended the FIRST Ladies breakfast, we met with Industry experts and FIRST ladies from other teams. Thank you to FIRST and their partners for providing us with this opportunity.

12.01.2022 After 8 weeks of meeting afterhours 15 hours per week to design, build and code our 2020 robot 'Eve' in preparation for the cancelled South Pacific Regional in Sydney next week the Wilder Wolves are focused on a WA Unofficial Scrimmage event sometime soon and hopefully being able to go a new Regional event later in the year in Sydney.

06.01.2022 The driving force behind the Wilder Wolves and Robotics, Mr John Townley, has won one of 12 Commonwealth Bank National Teacher Awards from a competitive field of over 400 outstanding applicants from around Australia. The Commonwealth Bank Teacher Award includes a $45,000 prize for projects at Cecil Andrews College and $15,000 directed at Professional Learning for Mr Townley and other staff. 05.01.2022 FIRST Australia FRC teams including The Wilder Wolves are joining with FRC teams from other countries in supporting those affected by OZ bushfires with merchandise for sale and all proceeds going to those in need.

We thank Issy for being a great Team Captain and ambassador for the team and bringing so many skills and talents to the team and Mitch for his quiet persistence and impressive reliability in getting the job done. 03.01.2022 Wilder Wolves FLL and our all girls Bionic Bells will join 36 other teams at the Armadale Regional FIRST Lego League Tournament on Sunday to celebrate STEM learning and to compete in tge 2019 City Shaper game for Awards and invites to the Perth District Nationals Tournament on Dec 14th at Curtin Uni. From there teams compete for invite to World Champs in the USA in April. 1-2-3 Lego!! Find out more about FLL . . .

" - Woodie Flowers - FRC Founder Professor Woodie Flowers will always be remembered as the "Father of Competitive Robotics." With his motto of gracious professionalism," he championed the idea of ethical competition, and always encouraged people to treat each other with kindness and respect.
