08.01.2022 Hello :-) We recently employed the services of a Biodynamic/Permaculture Consultant to give an indication of how we are progressing. Still a lot of work to do, but he gave us some really positive feedback as to the potential of our property, basically the sky's the limit. Subject to soil test results, we are very excited as to the range of fruit and vegetables our property will be able produce. Watch this space for further updates :-)
