24.01.2022 Guess who’s coming to Freckles Kindy, Toowoomba?... International children’s author/musician Deano Yipadee! On Thursday, 18 February at 2pm, Mr Yipadee will visit the centre to perform songs from his books Nee Naw, Stink-o-Saurus and more. All parents are welcome to attend the centre to view Mr Yipadee’s show that day and possibly get an autograph from one of Mr Yipadee’s books... A little about Mr Yipadee - International Best-Selling Kiwi Children’s Author and Musician, Deano, aka Mr Yipadee, has topped the UK, New Zealand and Australian Children’s Best-Sellers Charts on numerous occasions. His albums reached the top spot in the UK Children's Albums Best Sellers Charts and his debut book Jingle Bells, Rudolph Smells went to Number One in the New Zealand Best Sellers Charts and sold out of three print runs in Aussie three weeks before Christmas. Nee Naw The Little Fire Engine spent three consecutive months in the Best Seller Charts and he had three books in the same week in the Collins Booksellers Top 10 Best Sellers List in Australia in 2018. 22.01.2022 FROM CENTRELINK: Did you get Child Care Subsidy for 2018-2019? If you got Child Care Subsidy (CCS) for the 20189 financial year, you must confirm your income. Most parents have already done this. If you haven’t, do it now. If you don’t confirm your income by 31 March 2021, your CCS will reduce to 0%. This means you’ll need to pay full fees when you access Child Care. ... The deadline for confirming your income was extended from 30 June 2020 to 31 March 2021 because of COVID19. If you confirm your income after 31 March 2021 we can start your CCS again. But if there’s a gap between your CCS stopping and starting again, you will miss out on CCS for that period. How to confirm your income You don’t need to call or visit us to confirm your income. You need to either *lodge your tax return with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) *tell us you don’t need to lodge one and confirm your income online. If you have a partner, they’ll need to do this too. If you separated during the year, your ex-partner will need to do this too. To check if you need to lodge a return, use the Do I Need To Lodge a Tax Return? tool on ato.gov.au If you’ve lodged your tax return, the ATO will send us your income information. We usually get this within 28days from when you get your Notice of Assessment. If you or your partner don’t need to lodge a tax return, you need to let us know. You must do this, even if you’ve told the ATO that you don’t need to lodge. 18.01.2022 Deano Yipadee Last Thursday, international children’s author, Deano Yipadee ‘wowed’ us with his performance from Stink-o-Saurus and Nee-Naw. Deano had the children, staff and even one of our mum’s moving, dancing and laughing throughout an entirely engaging performance. At the end of the show, we were even able to get a few books autographed. Thank you so much Mr Yipadee.
