06.01.2022 My background and work hasn’t always been in the creative space, in fact something so far removed that you might be surprised to know I am a research and development scientist and leader, leading and managing quality and food safety systems and innovation development in global FMCG food manufacturing businesses. . Sewing is my creative outlet...I started this adventure into making and sewing smocks when Ladybug transition to solids, and again when Fred also started solids, wh...ich is when we established @fredandtheladybug. Sewing was an opportunity for some time for me, something that I knew solved the problems of messy meal times when I couldn’t find anything suitable, but also as time to create and express my love into something tangible. . I am passionate about all aspects of my work, but the satisfaction of making something for you, your little one and your family, easing the challenges of messy meal times is so very rewarding!
