22.01.2022 Heading to Derby this weekend to chase the dust out of Fred’s place. Ready for any Tasmanians thinking about visiting to ride the trails, play golf at Moornia, Lost Farm, Barnbougle or any of the other great NE corses, fossick for Gemstones or enjoy a meal at the local cafes, restaurant or pub.

14.01.2022 As we begin to think about traveling within our state again, we are offering a special deal for anyone thinking about visiting Derby. Fred’s place was available through Airbnb for $220 plus a night. Until we open up to other states Fred’s place is available to Tasmanians for $120 a night. The house sleeps 6 or 7 with a couple so that’s $20 each. Give me a call. 0402836814

14.01.2022 Fred’s is filling up thanks to Indefatigable Tasmanians. Thank you for your support. The newest edition to fun stuff at the house is a backpack downstairs containing equipment for gem fossicking.

07.01.2022 Well lovely people, all Airbnb bookings have folded naturally enough and although the house is hosting one of my beautiful daughters in her 14 day isolation it will soon be empty. Hopefully this will give me time to fix a few things and be ready to take bookings when the world has returned to something like normal. In the meantime, keep dreaming of the trails and we look forward to hosting you sometime in the future. Steve
