15.01.2022 2nd last week of our Wednesday 10.30am ‘get active Litchfield’ classes. We have had a really wonderful participation rate, and I’ve loved meeting all the new people keen to get their health back in shape! Soooo Next week the 2nd sept is our last funded class. #insertsadface The good news is we will be keeping this class running, for as long as the weather holds out. ... So even after get active finishes this class will remain till it’s just to hot to exercise at 10.30! Classes are $10. Ps. We are trying our best to find a way to be able to offer another morning class for the regular Mums group, so bare with us whilst we sort out the logistics. Stace

09.01.2022 Wednesday 10.30. 15/07 We have 3 timed mini AMRAPS (as many rounds as possible). Completing a series of exercises a trying to complete as many rounds as you can. All body weight, with the option of adding in a resistance band. ... A mixture of plyo metric exercises, to increase our muscle power, and controlled floor and stationary static exercises to increase our muscle strength. Don’t forget your towel/ mat and drink bottle.
