06.01.2022 Sometimes we can feel left out, unwanted or needed. Like we have no true friends no one that will call you just to say hi and not just because they want somthing. Somtimes we feel lonley or that nobody cares about me like i do about others. The reality is that these things may be true but they only cause us pain because of the way we view them. If we can see that our real value as a person is equal to that of others we can then learn that we dont NEED others to be and feel value and worth. We then choose our friends and relationships based on WANTING them which is built on LOVE not on NEEDING them which is built on DEPENDANCY. Have a lovley day xx



03.01.2022 What is your HIGH dream? What is that one thing that you dream about above all else? is it a feeling, a place, away of life? Its important in life that we don't dismiss our high dream as totally unattainable. By doing this we can lose the thrive for life and all the excitement that life brings. It is true that in this life time we may never completely reach our high dream. What we can do is try to create a sense of our high dream in our everyday life. Just by heading towards it can sometimes give you the feeling that you are already there. It doesn't take long to sit close your eyes enter your inner child and DREAM.

03.01.2022 When we seem stressed, anxious or depressed about a certain event in life we are usually thinking than my life wasn't supposed to be like this, that its not going the way I thought or wanted. We feel we are missing out on something that we needed or want. We think that i should've or someone else should've made a different or better decision. Now because of all this we start to feel that we are not as good or my life is not as good as others. we must try to see these stressfu...l event as what they really are just an event that will come and go. If we understand life doesn't have a right or a wrong way it's just one way with ups and downs and that every one of these moments in life has something for us to learn and grow from. Also that because we are not a self destructive being then we always make the best decision that we can for us In every moment of life then things couldn't have turned out any different. By understanding this it can ease the feelings of sadness, blame, guilt, loss, anger and many other emotions but most of all it can help us to understand that we are all humans trying to do the best we can with what we know. We are all experiencing life and adding to the experiences of other by just being alive this means all our lives have value. We are all WORTHY See more
