21.01.2022 Surrendering to the Moon is always a pleasure ~ every month we are reminded of the magic the earth holds and that celebrating this surrender and change serves us so well In India, I have such fond memories, every day you can hear music clanging and people singing songs of devotion ~ it is such a gorgeous reminder that sacred space and ceremony ~ magic ~ devotion when practiced regularly become magical and healing. It is with love in my heart, I send out to all hearts, wishing you sacred moments, magic and celebration this week surrendering to our higher forms of alignment.

21.01.2022 FOCUSING ON WELLNESS, NO YOGA RETURN START DATE. Sorry for the inconvenience but there will be no class start date at this stage. Unfortunately I have reinjured my back trying to build strength and flexibility to get yogafit to return to teaching.... It has been very frustrating, disappointing and deflating. I am now getting scans done to see my best way forward to recovery and healing. I am also looking at alternative rehabilitation solutions. Again sorry for the delay. Thanks so much. 17.01.2022 Like a lotus I will rise up from the maya with a clear open heart, mind and spirit... A Lotus Flower grows deep in the muddy waters, far away from the sun. In time the Lotus reaches the light and transforms into a beautiful flower. A symbol of purity, enlightenment, self-regeneration and rebirth.
