25.01.2022 Hey Freedom Family, I've had a small handful of people express interest in doing music lessons with us. I could hire a teacher to teach guitar, keyboard or singing if we had enough people interested. I would love to hear your feedback on this idea. It would be supported through NDIS of course

25.01.2022 Hi I’m Joshua Paix. I do small acreage mowing. I have cerebral palsy and I like doing a bit of mowing. I have limited ability to mow mainly small acreage up t...o about 10 acres. My cost is between $50-$60 per hour per hour. I am willing to travel if it’s cost effective. I live in Nambour but travel to surrounding areas Kilcoy Widgee Yandina Gympie Morayfield. 22.01.2022 Julianne never ceases to amaze me with her love of making crafty things. Today she made this Christmas Wreath out of a Pool Noodle and some decorations! And the good thing about it is it's made out of plastic leaves so she can use it for many years to come! Beautiful work

20.01.2022 Thanks so much for all the support. We weren't planning on having a grand opening, but we may plan a little something next weekend. At this early stage we only have classes on Thursday and Friday, and have 3 classes right throughout the day. So it might be best to see the studio outside of those days, unless you plan to join in the class. We will keep you posted for any upcoming events

I've had a lovely break with my family and am feeling refreshed and pumped for the year ahead! What to look forward to in 2021! Exhibition- a chance for all students to showcase their work and sell a few pieces of Art... Some field trips to the beach to do some art together. Painting a group mural. Competitions online and in-store. New art projects every month! And much more... I'm looking forward to getting arty with you all again soon

15.01.2022 Just in case anyone is wondering where to find us in Nambour. The entrance to our studio is at 74-84 Currie St at the Boarding Office building on the ground floor. We are working on getting more signage put up, but thought we should leave this here for now. Thanks for the fantastic first day everyone

14.01.2022 I got so much enjoyment from doing these mandalas. They're not perfectly proportioned and there's nothing wrong with that. Art is not about being perfect. It's about the feeling you get in the process. To me, I forget about everything else and just totally relax. Which is great if you suffer with anxiety.... 08.01.2022 Hello and welcome to Freedom Studios facebook page. My name is Naomi and my sister is Liz and we are starting a NDIS supported Art Group on the Sunshine Coast! We are thrilled to announce that we will be opening our doors as of 9th July 2020 at the Boarding Office on Currie St, Nambour! We will be running multiple art classes every week from our studio and organising many different types of art including... Painting on canvas, ... Watercolour, Pastels, Button and String art, Paper Mache, Glass painting, Macrame, Succulent Teraniums, Kokedamas And much more! So stay tuned for more info and inspiration as the weeks unfold. 03.01.2022 We had a blast making miniature fairy gardens yesterday. We made little bridges, mushroom homes, park benches, signposts, creeks etc. Both kids and adults enjoyed letting our imagination go wild to come up with these creations.

02.01.2022 Today we had so much fun making glass paintings and succulent terrariums. I wish I remembered to get a close up of the garden art. Everyone did an amazing job!
