22.01.2022 Spring Health Tips ~ Spring is considered the season when the annual cycle of life begins. It is wise to harmonise with the liveliness of Spring. It is a great time to air out the house, do a spring clean, start new projects, new health routines etc, even if it is just waking up earlier, taking a walk and doing more outdoor activities. It is a great time to clean up our diets, do a detox and increase our exercise routine. It is also a time in Melbourne when the weather is even more changeable than usual! So it's time to layer up. Check the weather before you head out. Grab a jacket, scarf etc to avoid been exposed to the cold winds that still blow in regularly.

From this date you can attend face to face allied health care for the following reasons: - to prevent a significant deterioration in functional independence which would result an escalation of care needs (such as increased frequency of treatment, significant increase in pain, specialist input or substantial increase in recovery time as a result of delayed care.. - for assessment and diagnosti...c purposes for those people whose care has been delayed during stage 4 restrictions, and where further delay likely to result in deterioration (eg. need diagnostic imaging & assessment for assistive technology.
