Myoskeletal Alignment Technique / Remedial Massage - These services will focus on hands on massage to target pain, inflammation and movement restriction. This will be a combination of modalities, assessments and treatments that I am certified in, to provide the best outcome for you.... 2. Functional movement assessments / Treatments - A movement based assessment / treatment. This is a combination of functional movement testing, movement corrections and manual therapy releases. 3. Lymphatic drainage - specialized technique to clear and open up the lymphatic system. 4. Bio-electric Meridian Therapy (BMT) - A combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western therapy utilizing (BMT) machine. 04.01.2022 CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who made it to February 2020 for their New Years resolution to improve their health. DOES your BACK, NECK & KNEE PAIN / dysfunction increase after training. **FULL SIT UPS** may be the cause. I do **NOT recommending** full sit ups, but this video demonstrates the muscles used and gives you a good visual on how hip, back and knees may become compressed and over worked. Dr Stuart McGill research has identified that our spine has a finite amount of sit ups. I would encourage alternatives for core activation. 03.01.2022 A common cause of iliotibial band (ITB) tightness is entrapment of the deep fibular nerve. It often gets hung up between the muscles of the lower leg creating weakness that the hip and ITB are left to compensate for.
