Furthermore, the human body is a system of systems, so affecting one system will play out elsewhere. Think of it like a spiderweb. The systems arent just separate things that dont communicate with each other. ... Think about it like this. You have a thought (psychology) that makes you stressed (hormonal), then you run to the gym and work out (musculoskeletal/hormonal). Then you get home and eat (diet/nutritional) and do whatever else. This sets the theme for your sleep and repair cycles (immune). Look at EVERYTHING!! You cant view the world through a straw.

13.01.2022 http:// QUAD WORK // If you've never had the quads worked before, it can be a pleasant suprise. Probably one of the most painful body parts to be worked on! Try not to cry. But can be one of the greatest feelings, making you feel way lighter and more bouncy. Super important especially if you play a contact sport and corks happen.
