I am absolutely over the moon to have so many wonderful participants that put their trust in us to help them through their NDIS journey.... I now have my daughter Bec working with me which I love, she has picked it up well having worked in disability for many many years. John has been a professional Social Worker fo...r 30 years and has significant experience in health and welfare related fields with both Federal and State Government services and agencies. Over the last 14 years John has worked in Department of Human Services (Centrelink) across various communities on the Mid North Coast as well as in remote Indigenous communities in the Northern Territory. Paula has a history of working in small business and most recently working with FACS (Family and Community Services)/Community Housing, where she performed a number of roles supporting vulnerable people with their housing needs. We recognise there is a need within our local communities for tailored support packages for people with a range of disabilities. We acknowledge and appreciate that every individual has unique circumstance, challenges and requirements and we are committed to ensuring we continue to provide personalised and appropriate support.
