04.01.2022 When we are fighting our minds with anxiety and depression we are in a perpetual loop. This loop keeps us stuck in lack of self esteem and sabotage towards us being our best selves. When we can accept all of us and know on some level that we are doing the best we can with who we are, then we are moving towards possibility.... If you are stuck in the loop of anxiety and depression it’s important to notice this pattern. Here’s the thing sometimes we can’t do it on our own. Reaching out for help is strength, when you have had enough of the self doubt, that think you don’t deserve bringing the best version of yourself out, then it’s time to do something about it. Hold out your hand and someone will grab it for you. You deserve it. I am offering 3 people in this group a 30 minute Discovery Session.
