24.01.2022 Juicing is incredible, I only wish I started years ago! If you are looking to make a change with your health juicing is such an easy way to start implementing better lifestyle choices. Yes it may take a bit of effort to cut up the fruit, juice the fruit, clean the juicer etc... but the benefits are worth it! If you don't have a juicer there are many local cafes and juice bars that will make a certain juice to order for you if you ask! No excuse...get juicing !
