16.01.2022 We have some exciting works beginning on site shortly . The very large water retention basin has been given council approval to be substantially filled in! yay. I am also onto a fauna rescue group currently to have the Plover bird nest relocated - mainly to save the babies from the upcoming civil works - but also secondly to save me and my visitors from the very cranky father of those babies ! A new retaining wall is being constructed around the caravan carports - with the ...pad to be extended down to the rainwater tanks. This will be the new open air storage area for the caravans - with a new shed being erected on the gravel site in front of the OUT gate. This will house 10 more sheds (six 6m x 3m and four 3m x 3m) PLUS four carports at the end measuring 7m x 3m. This shed will also be higher than the other sheds measuring 3m at the sides - giving us two higher clearance carports at one end (of which ONE is already reserved). 11.01.2022 Things have been happening on site :) Pleased to say we do have ONE 6m x 3m shed currently available but will have THREE brand new 6m x 3m sheds available very soon. The new outdoor pad for Caravans has been prepared and arranging (as we speak) for a large verandah quote to cover this area so some vans can go under cover. 10.01.2022 ****Attention people seeking storage for their prized possessions ***** We are taking Enquiries for our final shed being erected. This shed will house six 6m x 3m sheds, four 3m x 3m sheds and four 8m x 3m carports. The main difference is they will be higher than our existing sheds - 3m at the sides with higher clearance roller doors on the 10 garages. 10.01.2022 All finished - and all already taken . Now to move onto the next phase of relocating my lovely dam - and extending the caravan pad so they are altogether in a row . Seems to plenty of caravans around these days for storage. We do still have some 6x3 sheds available, One 6 x 3 carport and one 3x3 shed. 08.01.2022 Nearly end of another financial year. We have archive boxes for sale for businesses looking to ‘empty their drawers’ . One thing which frustrated me when we were running home businesses was the requirement to keep paperwork. So what perfect timing - and tax deductible for businesses - purchase some boxes and tape, EOFY clean up and hire a shed to safely store what you must retain (and anything else ).
