23.01.2022 A few days 'off' at the Granite Gorge near Mareeba gave me the time and space for some inner balance. My main activity: doing the walks through the Gorge. A bit challenging first but then a great excercise routine a few times a day.

03.01.2022 About 40 years ago I did a First Aid Course, which was a requirement to get my drivers license. I just recently did my yearly CPR refresher, which is part of the First Aid Course I keep updated every 3 years. What a change!!. CPR (CardioPulmonary Resuscitation) has changed in just a few years. Through and research all over the world and putting all the statistics together, the methods of saving a life in an acute situation have improved immensely. An eye opener if you have...n’t done the course for many years. I would recommend everyone to do a course. It could safe lives. and it is fun. Give it a go! See more
