19.01.2022 I am very excited to announce this year's programme of events will expand the equinox and solstice events into two days featuring the Saturday community dance celebration from 6pm to Midnight and a Sunday programme from 9am to 9pm. Based on the principles of the Free Spirit Festival - Art, Music and Wisdom - the Saturday dance event will be complemented by a Sunday programme of wellness and wisdom sharing aimed at creating a transformational micro-festival environment in whic...h to expand your mind/body experience. Visionary art, Yoga, cacao ceremony, workshops, massage and breathwork, and a series of talks on plant wisdom and health modalities. Children's activities and a safe space will make Sunday family friendly with a conscious food hub serving up extraordinary high-frequency goodness all day.
