21.01.2022 We get asked the question a lot : I am vegan, will I get enough omega 3’s from consuming flax, chia or hemp oils? The simple answer here is NO. In order for the body to obtain any omega 3 DHA from these sources it must go through a very long conversion process within the digestion process, at the end of this the body is left with minute amounts if any at all omega 3 available for absorption.
