To cleanse your crystals this way you can either hold the burning sage near the crystals so that the smoke fills the air around them. Or hold your crystals in and near the smoke. Make sure you are performing this cleansing method in a safe way with the burning sage in something fire-proof, such as a metal bowl or a shell
21.01.2022 Not the best start to the day today....there's definitely some weird vibes going on at this time ... My intuition told me to meditate outside , and that I needed some sunshine and to be near water ... I dragged myself down to the waters edge....
