25.01.2022 Just a shout out to the generosity of the local community. Our little pay it forward scheme for the emergency workers, hospital staff, doctors, police, firies, ambos and defence has jumped to $420. Each day, we are giving out coffees and offering breakfasts and lunch to the people who are really under the pump in these times, because of you. I can tell you, their reaction is amazing, and their gratitude and modesty is just typical of the type of person they are. So, thank you for getting involved, and allowing our gratitude towards them be known by this small gesture. The role will be what we call a middle. 20.01.2022 We don’t post much about our food.. no where near enough. Actually, we are pretty hopeless at social media. Nig and I are very particular when it comes to meat, eggs and produce and revolve our health around it. The amount of places I go to and get poor quality meat and eggs is laughable and obvious. I am well aware of the business aspect of lower profit margins and have also been reminded many times, that not many people give two shits about your quality sustainable local m...eats and eggs.. Well, we do.. @lauriesfarm eggs and @murphysqualitybutchery meats were the first suppliers we established relationships with because of the local, organic and sustainable nature of their product.
