09.01.2022 Hello Students, most of you know I have had a background in natural health. To follow up what we have discussed in class. I took this video as a reminder that we need to take personal responsibility of our health and focus on building our own immune systems against COVID 19. At the moment, everyone seems to be talking about a cure but no one is talking about prevention and how to keep yourself healthy and strong.... Not that this advice will stop you from getting COVID so please follow all government regulated guildlines. However it’s important to know having a strong immune system gives your body to tools to lessen the negative effects of the illness. I hope you are all safe and well and I look forward to seeing you Wednesday night.
